No. We do not offer single, occasional or pay-as-you-go lessons.
All lessons are organised on a monthly basis with a fixed weekly schedule.
If a month has 4 weeks, this means a minimum of 4 lessons (or more if the month has 5 weeks). Lessons cannot be reduced within the month.
All lessons are paid monthly and in advance, before the first lesson of each month.
For new bookings, payment is required within 24 hours after your lesson time and schedule have been agreed.
Lessons cannot start and time slots cannot be reserved until payment has been received.
Payment is made by bank transfer or Bizum. We do not accept cash.
Lessons cancelled by the student are not refunded, rescheduled or moved to another month.
If we cancel a lesson, it is refunded immediately.
Only if you continue paying during your break. Otherwise, availability must be checked again when you return.
Yes. We offer a free 25-minute trial assessment.
We assess your oral level, discuss your goals and explain our teaching method.
The trial lesson is not a full teaching session.

For exam candidates, additional official-style tasks may be requested before preparation begins.

Yes. Homework is recommended after each lesson to ensure consistent progress.

No. Our methodology is based on steady, structured and consistent progress.
We do not offer crash courses or unrealistic short-term guarantees.
If you are looking for extremely intensive short-term preparation, we may not be the right fit.

No. After your first lesson, we will advise you on the most suitable book to purchase.

In lessons we focus on areas that require professional correction and guidance:
Listening comprehension and reading comprehension are primarily self-study components.
Although we may analyse some tasks in class, we cannot read or listen for the student.
Reading comprehension often depends on vocabulary range and background knowledge, even in the student’s own language.
Exam success requires structured lessons combined with independent work.
Listening comprehension, written expression and spontaneous oral production are typically the last skills to stabilise in language development.
For this reason, consistent independent exposure and practice outside lesson time are essential.
No. Students must already demonstrate a solid grammatical foundation at the target level.
Before starting preparation, students must complete our grammar assessment and selected official-style exam tasks.
If the required level is not demonstrated, exam preparation cannot begin.
No teacher can guarantee exam results.
Results depend on consistency, independent study and the student’s level at the moment preparation begins.
No. We only teach adults (18+). Our training is designed specifically for adult learners.
